Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how we (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile applications and websites.

We are committed to protecting user privacy, and our applications fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Information We Collect

We may collect two categories of information when you use our apps or websites:

1. Personal Information

Personal Information refers to data that can identify or contact an individual directly or indirectly. This may include, but is not limited to, a person’s name, physical address, email address, phone number, photographs, precise location data, payment details, and usernames.

Important: We do not require users to provide Personal Information to access or use our apps.

2. Non-Personal Information

Non-Personal Information does not identify you personally. This may include general data such as age, date of birth, gender, city-level location, and technical information like device identifiers, IP address, operating system, hardware details, and software versions.

This category also includes usage data, such as gameplay activity, session duration, progress, scores, achievements, time and date of use, and interactions within the app. This information is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you.

How We Use Personal Information

We do not collect Personal Information from users as part of normal app usage.

The only situation in which we may collect Personal Information is when a parent or user contacts us via email for support purposes. In such cases, we collect the email address solely to respond to the support request.

How We Use Non-Personal Information

We may use Non-Personal Information for the following purposes:

• To understand how users interact with our apps and improve gameplay experience
• To generate anonymous statistics and performance reports
• To enhance security and prevent fraud or misuse
• To identify the user’s general location in order to comply with applicable laws
• To send push notifications (only if permission is granted)
• For internal functions such as content customization and contextual (non-behavioral) advertising

Children’s Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Our apps and websites comply with COPPA requirements. We do not knowingly collect, store, or use Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

If a user identifies themselves as being under 13 during a support request, we will immediately delete any provided Personal Information in a secure manner.

Children may use our apps without providing Personal Information. We may collect anonymous Non-Personal Information (such as device identifiers) strictly for internal operations like security, app functionality, and contextual advertising, as permitted under COPPA.

Parents who believe their child has shared Personal Information with us may contact us, and we will promptly remove the information from our systems.

Support Requests

Users may contact us for assistance related to our apps. When a support request is submitted, we may receive an email address and any information provided voluntarily.

This information is used only to respond to the request and support internal app operations, in accordance with COPPA Section 312.2.

In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases, even if the app itself is free to download. These purchases are processed through third-party platforms (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) and may not require re-entering payment details.

Parents can restrict or disable in-app purchases through their device or app store settings if desired.

Teens (Ages 13–18)

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, please obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before submitting any Personal Information to us.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade email addresses or Personal Information.

We may share Support Information only in the following situations:

• With service providers who assist us in responding to support requests
• When necessary to protect the security and integrity of our apps
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or law enforcement requests
• To prevent fraud, security issues, or public safety concerns

All disclosures are made in compliance with COPPA Section 312.5(c)(6).

Third-Party Services

Our apps may include third-party APIs or services, such as advertising providers.
